A Service Campaign is a program initiated by a manufacturer to inform customers about specific product or technical issues for which inspection and/or repair is offered, free of charge to customers.
Nissan conducts Service Campaigns as proactive measures in line with its commitment to ensure the satisfaction and safety of its customers.
Once a vehicle is identified as as covered by an existing Service Campaign, the Customer must contact the Authorized Nissan Dealership of their choice to schedule the repair.
