Nissan Z Special Offer for February 2026

Exclusive for Nissan Z Premium and NISMO only.

1. • Retail Timing.

     The actual retail of the Nissan Z must commence within February 2026 for the customer to be entitled to the special offer. Transactions outside this period are not eligible.

2. Selection and Finality of Choice

   • Single Offer Rule.

     Each eligible customer may select only one (1) special offer from the promo table.

   • Finality and No Cash Conversion.

     Once the customer’s chosen offer has been selected and processed, the selection shall be final and may no longer be changed, substituted, exchanged, or converted to cash, credit, or any other form of monetary compensation. The promo offers have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or any other goods or services.

   1. Trip for Two (2) to Japan – Mechanics

      • Trip Description.

        The Trip for Two (2) to Japan shall consist of a Four (4) Days, Three (3) Nights and travel package.

      • Coordination Channel.

        If the customer chooses the Trip for Two (2) to Japan, the dealer shall direct the customer to coordinate exclusively with NPI’s designated travel agency to arrange and process the travel package.

      • Trip Inclusions.

        The program includes a trip to Japan, featuring a visit to the Nissan Heritage Collection Hall in Zama, Kanagawa, subject to availability and prevailing travel conditions.
        
        All elements of the trip are subject to scheduling availability, venue access, and applicable travel, safety, and regulatory requirements.

      • Maximum Package Value.

        The maximum travel package value is ₱150,000. The package may include, without limitation, roundtrip airfare, standard hotel accommodations, airport transfers, basic travel insurance, standard tour components (including the Nissan Heritage Collection Hall visit), and visa processing fees (if applicable). Any amount in excess—arising from customization, upgrades, optional activities, premium insurance, extended stays, or peak surcharges—shall be shouldered by the customer.
        
        If the customer already holds a valid visa, the visa fee component will not be convertible to cash or credit and may be reallocated, to other eligible package components within ₱150,000 worth of package.

      • Travel Validity.

        Customer travel must be booked and completed within calendar year 2026. Failure to avail within the validity period shall result in forfeiture without compensation.

      • Initiation Timeline.

        Customers who select the trip must initiate coordination with NPI’s designated agency within the timeline communicated by NPI (60 days after the completion of the vehicle purchase). Failure to initiate within the prescribed period may result in forfeiture of the travel benefit.

      • Travel Documents.

        The customer and companion are solely responsible for securing valid passports and complying with airline, immigration, and health requirements for international travel. Visa processing assistance and applicable visa fees, if required, will be arranged through NPI’s designated agency and counted within the maximum package value. Visa issuance remains at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy/consulate; NPI shall not be liable for visa refusals or delays.

      • Companion Eligibility.

        The accompanying companion must meet all airline, immigration, and travel requirements. Once arrangements are finalized, the companion may not be substituted.

   2. Shell Fuel ₱150,000 Worth – Mechanics

      • Fuel Card Distribution

        Customers who choose the ₱150,000 worth of fuel option shall receive the fuel card upon vehicle release from the dealership.

      • Usage Limitations.

        The fuel card is non-transferable, non-reloadable, and may only be used in accordance with the issuing fuel provider’s terms and conditions. Any unused fuel value shall not be converted to cash.

3. LEGAL DISCLAIMERS

   • Non‑Transferability and Non‑Convertibility.

     All promo benefits are non-transferable, non-assignable, and not convertible to cash or other products or services.

   • Taxes, Fees, and Incidental Charges.

     Unless expressly stated, any taxes, duties, surcharges, and incidental expenses beyond the defined package inclusions shall be borne by the customer, except for visa processing fees expressly included within the maximum package value under Clause C.10.

   • Force Majeure.

     NPI shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or inability to fulfill the offer due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, government travel restrictions, airline or hotel issues, or other force majeure events. NPI may modify or substitute the offer with one of equal or comparable value, where necessary.

   • Limitation of Liability.

     NPI, its dealers, affiliates, and designated agency shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or expense incurred in connection with the acceptance or use of the promo benefit. NPI’s maximum liability shall not exceed the ₱150,000 stated package value.

   • Third‑Party Terms.

     All third‑party services are subject to their respective terms and conditions and are provided by independent contractors.

   • Data Privacy.

     Participation constitutes consent to the collection and processing of personal data for promo fulfillment in accordance with applicable data privacy laws and NPI policies.

   • Reservation of Rights.

     NPI reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promo, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
