(Manila, Philippines) - Nissan Philippines, Inc. (NPI) recently scored a rare marketing feat by signing up six dealerships into their growing network, all in just one day, with the Memoranda of Understanding signed in a ceremony.

This achievement undeniably displays the aggressive move of the company in beefing up its current dealer-network presence in the Philippines. The continuous expansion as one of the main thrusts of NPI only shows the company's revamped strategy to better serve their customers.

The new and improved Nissan dealerships will be opening as early as December 2015 and others will follow suit in Q1 2016. These will be located in Sucat, Paranaque;Sta. Rosa, Laguna; Baliuag, Bulacan; La Paz, Iloilo; Zamboanga; and Marilao, Bulacan.

"Getting not just one or two, but six new dealerships to sign up with us all in one day is proof positive that our credo of doing things differently works,” NPI President and Managing Director Antonio Zara said. It was also reported that a new dealer partner has joined the ever-growing Nissan network which displays signs of revitalized enthusiasm for the brand.

The entire Nissan dealer-network in the Philippines is set to adhere to the global standards provided by Japan’s second-largest automotive company, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. (NML), showing off the brand's identity with its innovative design.

With the current dealership count to be increased to a total of 34 nationwide, NPI sees this development as evidence of the market’s continuing trust and passion for the brand. In return, this gives NPI’s dealer partners the assurance that the company will be right on track throughout their partnership to ensure continued success.

Having a refreshed product lineup with the all-new NP300 Navara as the latest addition, the expansion moves ensure that the Nissan vehicles will be readily available. "We are also bringing our brand of excellent after-sales service closer to our customers,” Zara adds.

In 2014, NPI topped the J.D. Power Customer Service Index Study (CSI) besting ten brands and over 63 vehicle models as the company garnered an overall score of 844 on a 100-point scale—and performing excellently well in four out of five factors: service quality, service advisor, vehicle pick-up, and service initiation. Its score is an 18-point difference versus the industry average of 826, overall customer satisfaction.
