THURSDAY | JUNE 15, 2016
MANILA, Philippines – Nissan Philippines Inc. (NPI) recently celebrated the Nissan NV350 Urvan’s first year in the local automotive market with a children’s party and trip to DreamPlay, City of Dreams, with fifteen children from the Association de Damas de Filipinas.
The event was done in partnership with Children’s Hour, a non-profit organization that supports projects on education, health, nutrition, and child welfare and development.
“We are very excited to celebrate the NV350 Urvan’s first birthday with our friends from the Association de Damas de Filipinas, through our partnership with Children’s Hour,” said Ramesh Narasimhan, NPI’s President and Managing Director “Through this activity, we hope to showcase how this vehicle can be the best partner to transport not only commuter, cargo, and the like, but everyone from all walks of life.”
Class-leading performance.
The Nissan NV350 Urvan features a 2.5-liter four-cylinder diesel engine, and an electric variable geometry system (VGS) turbocharger, that ensures a precise amount of air intake for a more powerful performance. The intercooler, found in its fins in the form of aluminum heat conductors, works hand in hand with the small hole injectors for faster fuel burn efficiency.
In terms of payload, the Nissan NV350 Urvan can now carry up to 18 passengers.
Supreme Riding Comfort.
Complete comfort package is experienced inside, as it is equipped with 12 vents with strong Nissan air-con for the rear passengers, while four pieces of 360 rotating air-con vents and a manual type temperature with heater function can be found in the front.
The cockpit is smarter and more convenient this time as it is installed with a tachometer, an instrument to measure the rpm and a shift-up indicator to condition the driver when to shift for a more economical driving habit.
Stately and refreshing design.
The Nissan NV350 Urvan now has a square rear design to convey that larger cargo feeling, while the chrome, rear emblem and 15-inch, silver-painted wheel cover add a majestic finish. In front, the angled, black-painted honeycomb grill shows off a leaner impression. The neat interior is realized through the two-tone instrument panel design and the grayish suede-finish headlining with a monotone and mesh-like tricot seat color and design.
Worry-free ownership.
Owners who utilize the Nissan NV350 Urvan as PUV will now have the same benefits private vehicles enjoy.
Nissan customers can now take advantage of the Nissan Customer Assistance Center (NCAC), a concierge facility for customers which provides 24/7 emergency roadside assistance and valet service, will also be made available. Emergencies can be in the form of towing assistance, crane services, minor on-site repairs, replacement vehicle, ambulance assistance, and a lot more.
The Nissan NV350 Urvan, available in white and silver colors, starts at P1,221,000.
